About the Role: We are seeking motivated and proactive Business Development Executives who are passionate about sales and client engagement. The primary responsibility is to conduct outbound sales calls, connect with potential clients, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to introduce our services and generate business opportunities.
  • Understand the client’s needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance strategies and performance.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with best sales practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to handle objections positively.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within a BPO/Call Center environment is preferred.
